Usage operation:

1. Connect the three core power cord to AC 220V AC, and the power indicator light will turn on, indicating that the power is connected. Press the "power switch" button to turn on the indicator light, and the pressure pump can now work normally.

2. Screw the inspected gauge into the pressure output interface and tighten the unused pressure interface with the provided plug.

3. Close the shut-off valve clockwise and open the check valve.

4. After running the vacuum pump for 3-5 minutes, when the pressure indicator pointer reaches around -0.1MPa, turn off the power switch. Close the check valve and use fine-tuning to adjust the vacuum pressure to the desired pressure value. Repeat the fine-tuning several times until the pressure value stabilizes. If you want to reduce the pressure to a smaller value, first slightly open the shut-off valve to release a small amount of gas until the required pressure is verified, then close the shut-off valve and use fine-tuning adjustment. To release the pressure, simply open the shut-off valve counterclockwise. The method is similar when using positive pressure

maintenance

1. The electric vacuum pressure source should be placed horizontally in a dry, clean, and ventilated place.

2. The temperature of the extracted gas should not exceed 40 ℃, the operating environment temperature should be between -5 and 40 ℃, and the humidity should be ≤ 80% RH.

3. It is not allowed to use it in places with corrosive gases and active chemicals.

4. After running for 250-300 hours, replace the oil once (with HFV-1 oil), and the position of the oil should be marked on the oil mirror.

5. The sealing components of the electric pressure source have been finely ground and have excellent sealing performance. Please do not disassemble them.
