1、 Introduction to HYL-103 Natural Bulk Density Meter

The HYL-103 natural bulk density meter is designed and produced in accordance with the national standard GB/T16913.3-1997. This device is suitable for measuring the density of dust accumulation. Please refer to the relevant provisions of GB/T16913.1-1997 Dust Physics Experimental Methods Part 1: Sample Dust Collection for sample collection.

2、 Principle of HYL-103 Natural Bulk Density Meter

Dust falls freely from the funnel at a certain height and fills the measuring cylinder; Measure the mass of dust per unit volume in the measuring cylinder in a loose state, that is, the dust packing density.

3、 Structure of HYL-103 Natural Bulk Density Meter

(1) Funnel (outlet diameter 12.7mm)

Made of funnel stainless steel (304) material, with a funnel taper of 60 °± 0.5 °.

(2) Blocking rod

Stainless steel (304) material, used to prevent dust from falling when it is loaded into the funnel.

(3) Balance (user provided)

The maximum weight is 1kg, with an accuracy of 0.02g.

(4) Measuring cylinder

This device is equipped with a stainless steel (304 material) measuring cylinder with a capacity of 100ml, and the inner diameter of the measuring cylinder is Φ 39mm.

(5) Scraper blade

Made of stainless steel (304) material, used to remove excess dust when it is loaded into the funnel.
