The UGS colored quartz glass tube level gauge is a product manufactured by our company using high-purity quartz tubes (99.99% SiO2). The instrument display is clear, with good sealing performance, high temperature resistance, high pressure resistance, anti viscosity, long service life, easy flushing and maintenance. It is widely used for liquid level detection and indication of various containers and boilers in industries such as petroleum, chemical, power, metallurgy, etc., especially suitable for measuring colorless and transparent liquids (such as water, light oil, liquefied gas, propylene, etc.).

Product Overview:

The color liquid level gauge is mainly composed of a body; Specially made colored quartz glass tube level gauge with red and green filter glass; Composed of specially designed connectors. The table body is connected to the container, and through the connecting effect, the liquid level in the table body and the liquid level in the container are kept at the same height. By utilizing the difference in light transmission and reflection between the liquid and gas phases passing through the quartz glass tube in the table body, the reflection in the red and green filter glasses will be different, resulting in the liquid phase appearing green and the gas phase appearing red, achieving the goal of clearly observing the true liquid level in the container.
